| Theatre Pass Policy |
|
All requests for passes
must meet approval by the Lake City Capri Board of Directors at their
next regularly scheduled meeting and must be received by the
Board at least two months prior to the date the passes are needed. Any
Board member
may, without approval of the board, donate up to 19 passes at his/her
discretion.
The Board reserves the right to deny any request.

| Monetary Donation Request Policy |
|
All monetary donation
requests must be in writing and received by the Board of Directors at
least two months prior to the date the funds are needed.
The Board will either approve or deny the request at the next regularly
scheduled
Board meeting. The Lake City Capri Theatre Board reserves the right to
deny any request.

| Requests for Special Movies
Policy |
|
All requests for special
movies must be made at least one month prior to show date. All requests
must be pre-approved by a majority vote of the Lake City
Capri Theatre Board of Directors. After approval, the following
policies are in
effect:
1.
The Capri may or may not have knowledge of what the movie
title will
be on any particular date. The Capri books movies on a “first
available” basis
only. All movies are posted on the theatre's web site,
www.lakecitycapri.org.
2. Admission of $2 per person for all people attending the
movie
including any staff or bus drivers.
3. Concessions are required at regular concession prices. If
there are
to be any special concessions arrangements, they must be discussed well
in
advance of the movie date to allow preparation.
4. Some circumstances are beyond control of the Capri,
therefore, the
theatre reserves the right to cancel the showing, up to and including
the day
of the showing.
5. Garbage such as containers, cups and wrappers must be
disposed of
properly at the conclusion of the movie.

| Capri Theatre Penal Community
Service Policy |
|
“Penal” community
service will NOT be allowed at the Capri, whether mandated by the
court, law enforcement, schools or any other organization with the
power to issue
enforced community service. There will be NO exceptions to this policy.
